Past Fantasy Outlooks
2012
2011
2010
Sales was ineligible for 2011, but he had a strong finish in 2010 and could immediately become one of the most productive receivers in the Big East this year. He had 21 catches in the final four games of 2010, and his athleticism is always evident. He should be drafted in Big East-only leagues and monitored closely outside of them.
Sales is a talented player who, despite playing in a limited offense, may be in position to break out this year. He finished last year with 21 catches for 375 yards and three scores in the final four weeks, though 172 yards and all three scores came against Kansas State's obscenely bad defense. Still, in Big East-only leagues, Sales is one of the top targets at wideout. He's probably only worth a late pick otherwise, though.
Sales is a former four-star recruit who didn't perform at a very high level last year, but the assumption is that he'll improve at least slightly. There isn't really a serious threat to his probable status as the team's top pass-catcher, so he at least is valuable in Big East-only leagues, but he's only worth monitoring in other formats.
