NFL Draft Team Needs: Team Draft Needs
The main needs for Washington are on defense, where the secondary and inside linebackers need new talent. Tight end is another concern.
The revamped secondary in Philadelphia could use some work, especially at cornerback, but it's the quarterback position where Philadelphia has its most intriguing need.
Kevin Kolb and Tarvaris Jackson won't fool anyone as long-term options at quarterback, so the Bills need to make the position their top priority.

The Saints defense was an abomination in 2012, and all positions but safety are a need. Unfortunately, New Orleans has just five picks.

DeMarco Murray is the starting RB in Dallas, but his injury issues compel the Cowboys to find a strong backup. Vandy's Zac Stacy is a nice mid-round target.

With Michael Boley gone and Mathias Kiwanuka headed to defensive end, the Giants are very thin at linebacker. They need help at corner, too.

Jermichael Finley has another year in Green Bay, but the Packers would be wise to target his long-term replacement in this draft, which has an abundance of tight end talent.

With Ray Lewis and Ed Reed gone from Baltimore, the Ravens have obvious needs at inside linebacker and safety. Anquan Boldin's exit, though, quietly created a big need at receiver, too.

With Mike Wallace gone to Miami, the Steelers need more talent at receiver. A big target like Da'Rick Rogers would be especially useful for Ben Roethlisberger.

The Browns need help in the secondary and at quarterback, but the team's best bet for immediate impact might be at TE. Tyler Eifert would be a great trade-back target.

The signing of Greg Jennings got the ball rolling, but the Vikings still have a talent deficiency at receiver. Linebacker and defensive tackle are two other positions of fairly urgent need for Minnesota. Luckily for them, they have 11 picks.

Even with Jermon Bushrod signed away from New Orleans, the Bears still have an urgent need to upgrade on the OL. With Brian Urlacher gone, linebacker is another top priority.
Jeff Backus (retirement) and Gosder Cherilus (free agency) won't play for Detroit in 2013, so Matt Stafford will get real familiar with the turf if the Lions don't add help at tackle.
