Raulston will be transferring to the University of Tennessee, where he will rejoin former Lousiana Tech head coach Derek Dooley as a walk-on quarterback, GoVolsExtra.com reports.

Raulston was recruited by Dooley while Dooley was still at Louisiana Tech and was redshirted last fall. According to transfer rules, he'll likely have to sit out the 2010 season, but should gain valuable experience running the Vols scout team, where, as ESPN.com points out, he's sure to "ensure that Matt Simms, Tyler Bray and Nash Nance aren't overworked in practice."
