| Jones led Arkansas with 111 rushing yards on 10 carries and one touchdown and 138 passing yards and a touchdown last week at South Carolina, but he also threw two interceptions, including one when he threw the ball up for grabs in a crowd with 47 seconds still left in the game. | Jones had a strong game with 93 yards rushing and 249 yards passing as Arkansas fell just short up upsetting Texas. However, he did have a key fumble late in the game that clinched Texas' 22-20 win. "We just made two many mistakes, too many turnovers. Matt isn't to blame. We lose as a team and there is no finger pointing. We did some things well and some things not as well. We've got things to fix," head coach Houston Nutt told The Sports Xchange. |
