Zurlon Tipton

Tipton would be ranked significantly higher than this if the rankings were merely based on last year's numbers, but he looks like a player whose production should decline in 2013. Central Michigan will be breaking in a brand new quarterback this year, which should put more of a bullseye on Tipton, and the Chippewas will have to replace three fifths of its offensive line, including first overall NFL draft pick Eric Fisher at left tackle. Tipton also has a bit of an injury history, as he missed seven games from 2010 to 2011. All in all, it's a bit much to expect 1,779 yards and 20 touchdowns from scrimmage from Tipton for two years in a row.
