2010 Fantasy Outlook
Randolph seems limited to being a possession wideout, but his 39 catches for 356 yards and four touchdowns in his junior season last year make him the most accomplished returning pass-catcher on the Rice roster. Now, normally a 9.13 yards per catch average indicates a lack of upside, so it seems reasonable to assume Randolph doesn't have much potential. But he has some value in CUSA-only leagues, as the Rice passing attack should improve in 2010 and Randolphs numbers should see an increase, though not necessarily a big one.
