Singleton won't overtake Ja'Terian Douglas or Trey Watts in the Tulsa running back rotation, but he is the team's goal-line back and is therefore worth a pick in Conference-USA-only leagues. Despite receiving a minimal carry total, Singleton has 19 rushing touchdowns over the last two years.
Singleton could be playing fullback right now for LSU, but he's instead fighting for the starting running back spot in Tulsa. His fantasy usefulness is limited in any case, however, because Tulsa has a loaded backfield in an offense that doesn't give many carries to its running backs to begin with. He's worth a later-round gamble in CUSA-only leagues, but that's pretty much it.
