January 6, 2015
Greenberry has declared for the NFL draft, ESPN's Matt Fortuna reports.
ANALYSIS
Over the past two seasons, Greenberry had 154 catches for 2,043 yards and 17 touchdowns for the Cougars. At 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, he has the size to compete at the next level, and how he tests at the combine will likely do a lot to reveal where he will go in the draft.

Past Fantasy Outlooks

2012
Greenberry was considered a huge catch for Houston when he committed in 2012, and he proved last year the hype was justified. Although he missed most of two games with a concussion and a leg injury, he still finished with 82 catches for 1,202 yards (14.7 YPC) and 11 touchdowns in 11 games. Greenberry might be the nation's most complete WR – he's a red-zone threat at 6-3, 198, and has the athleticism necessary to pose a deep threat. As the top target in Houston's pass-heavy offense against an AAC schedule, he could average more than 100 yards and a touchdown per game for the second straight season.
While playing in all 12 games as a freshman last season, Greenberry caught 47 passes (good for second on the team) for 569 yards and three touchdowns. He had fewer than three receptions just twice last year, and considering the amount the Cougars threw it last season (40-plus attempts per game), and while the team likes to spread it around a great deal, it’s likely Greenberry continues to see balls thrown his way frequently. Plus, he’s a big body (6-foot-3), so more red zone targets may be on tap for 2013.
While Daniel Spencer is the most proven, Greenberry is doubtlessly the most talented member of Houston’s wideout group. A five-star recruit, Greenberry dropped Notre Dame and signed with Houston despite reportedly receiving offers from schools like Alabama and USC. His move was certainly unorthodox, but there’s no doubt that Greenberry could put up ridiculous numbers in the Houston system.
