Breshears will take over as starting placekicker for Washington State beginning in Week Three, ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Breshears takes over placekicking duties from Erik Powell, who this past Friday made a 25-yard kick in the second quarter against Nevada, but missed from 37 and 38 yards in the third. Breshears then went on to hit his only kick of the night, a 38-yard shot in the fourth quarter. "We had a chance to given Quentin a shot," special teams coordinator Eric Russell told The Spokesman-Review, "he took advantage of it so good for him. Both them I think are good kickers but they've got to understand that we can't miss."

2013 Fantasy Outlook
Breshears isn't the most accurate kicker (80-percent FG, 90.5-percent PAT), but his fantasy value is inflated by a Fresno State offense that gave him 63 PATs last season, 12th in the nation. Breshears likely won't see a big jump in field-goal attempts (just 15 last season), but he'll again see healthy PAT opportunities.
