ANALYSIS
Prosise follows a career trajectory similar to fellow former Notre Dame back Theo Riddick, playing at receiver early in their careers before switching the running back at the end, finding their pro position in the process. Prosise is the better prospect between the two. Listed at 6-foot-1, 220 pounds, Prosise is both bigger and more athletic than Riddick, making him a candidate to go in the first four rounds despite playing running back for only one season. Prosise ran for 1,029 yards and 11 touchdowns on just 157 carries (6.6 YPC), adding 26 receptions for 308 yards and one touchdown in a season shortened by a concussion and high ankle sprain. Prosise will have his durability questioned due to the previously mentioned injuries, and the lack of experience at running back figures to get held against him as well, but Prosise might be able to generate considerable momentum anyway once the Combine arrives. When Prosise had room to run, he showed a lot of raw explosiveness for his size. Other times, however, Prosise's instincts looked shaky, as he often appeared indecisive both as a runner and in blitz pickup. Prosise will have to convince teams that the game will eventually slow down for him.
