Montana, son of former NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding in Missoula, Montana on Friday night, the Associated Press reports.

Montana, a former three-star recruit, is transferring to Tulane after a year at Washington and a year of JuCo ball at Mount San Antonio College. He didn’t play much in his year at Washington, but turned in a solid campaign for Mount San Antonio, completing 203-of-321 passes for 2,652 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Montana will compete with Devin Powell to start for a Tulane team that averaged 280 passing yard per game last season.
