Tennessee is pinning its hopes on the potential of Phil Simms' other son, Matt. He had a brief but miserable showing at Louisville in 2008 before performing at a mildly encouraging level at junior college. It's hard to see much reason for optimism in Simms' prospects this year, but he has a very good group of receivers to work with.
