100% its Rios. No real discount on Sizemore or Upton both went in the 3rd or 4th round of my draft. Beltran and Reyes are huge risks and their isnt even much value on them considering you dont know when they will come back. Rios could possibly go 20/20 and hes going later than all these other players.

Everyone is answering this question wrong. Sizemore is still drafted in the first 3-4 rounds, so he wouldn't be the best bounce-back candidate "relative to draft position." I'm going with Rios (ADP 119) or Beltran (95)
