Easy the AL West. They have at least one team less than the other divisions in baseball. Simply a numbers game (like all fantasy sports) less people to choose from, less value.

Miggy, G. Sizemore, Mauer, Morneau, Greinke, Choo, Verlander, Butler...and that's without getting into any of the great late-round value picks in the division. Anyone voting for the AL Central is crazy.
