Why was Shaun Rogers on this list? He's been a stud all year (except for a couple of nagging injuries).

Manning and Favre haven't been *bad* - they just haven't been Pro-Bowl quality. Peters, on the other hand, was subpar for several games early in the year. He's improved in recent weeks, but he was a liability early in the season.
