DraftKings League of Legends: Thursday Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings League of Legends series.

Odds Report:

H2K Gaming (opponent - Origen) = 88.88 percent chance at winning
G2 eSports (opponent - Fnatic) = 75.60 percent chance at winning
Fnatic (opponent - G2 eSports) = 33.33 percent chance at winning
OG (opponent - H2K Gaming) = 19.04 percent chance at winning

Top Lane: Expect (G2 vs. FNC, $7,100)

Expect and Odoamne are both in good spots on Thursday in highly favorable matchups. Expect had a better statistical Summer Split, but Odoamne is probably the superior top laner in an even easier matchup. For me it comes down to this: the savings from using Expect allow you to use Febiven over Perkz, but I can't fault anyone from using Odoamne here and Perkz in the mid lane. Both should be a good combo.

Jungle: Trick (G2 vs. FNC, $6,800)

I will always use an underpriced Trick. While Jankos has the easier matchup, Trick is the most consistent jungler in Daily Fantasy, often involved in a ton of kills for G2. The slight savings over Jankos make Trick my overwhelming play in the jungle.

Middle Lane: Febiven (H2K vs. OG, $8,200)

I'm going with Febiven over Trick in this tasty matchup. His return to H2K should help spark both Febiven and his new teammates into pushing G2 for the top spot in Europe. H2K's playstyle is sometimes stagnant, but Febiven should have no trouble in what looks like an easy 2-0 against relegation bound Origen.

ADC: Zven (G2 vs. FNC, $7,800)/Rekkles (FNC vs. G2, $6,100)

Zven is the best ADC in Europe and his $500 savings from relative unknown Nuclear help us fill out our lineup with a bit more quality. I'd expect G2 to win this series and Zven should be a big reason why. His consistency gives him the nod over Perkz (in a flex role) at the same price. We can't just use H2K and G2 members so I'm using a cheap Rekkles to help round out my lineup. Rekkles is the only player I'd currently trust to do somewhat well against G2. He will have to carry if Fnatic want to take a game off of G2.

Support: Mithy (G2 vs. FNC, $6,000)/ Jesiz (FNC vs. G2, $4,300)

Mithy is a pretty straightforward play as he's the best support in EU in a favorable matchup. He should pick up double-digit assists in every game G2 win in this series, making him a good bet at a cheaper price than H2K's Chei. Jesiz is the punt play to round out my lineup. I'm using Rekkles and think Jesiz should play conservatively with his bot lane partner, limiting his deaths. If Fnatic take a game off of G2, Jesiz will hopefully hit the bonus point threshold with double digit assists. He doesn't have to do too much to meet value.

Team: FNC vs. G2 ($3,600)

H2K and G2 are obviously the better plays, but your lineup will suffer if you use one of them in your team spot. Origen are destined to be swept by H2K, while Fnatic may have enough quality to knick a game off of G2. If that happens this pick easily makes value. While G2 won the Summer Split and never lost a best-of-two series, they did draw eight times, showing that they don't always just sweep aside their competition.
