| Smith is, without question, one of the most popular players at the NFL combine in Indianapolis right now. After false reports of a deal being in place with the Kansas City Chiefs, Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports that the Cardinals are exploring the possibility of trading for the 49ers former starting quarterback. How serious the Cardinals are is not yet known, but, "they are intrigued by Smith’s experience, intelligence and talents," according to an NFL source. |
