Neal has yet to agree to meet with the league regarding allegations linking him to performance-enhancing drugs, Chris Mortensen of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
James Harrison, Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers have all agreed to be interviewed, so it appears Neal is the only player yet to fall into the demands of league officials. Neal hasn't signed with a team after becoming a free agent at the start of the offseason, which means the lingering suspension talk could potentially restrict the amount of suitors looking at bringing him aboard for the 2016 campaign.

Neal will serve as a reserve outside linebacker for the Packers. With the team likely trying to keep Julius Peppers fresh like they did last season, and use Clay Matthews at middle linebacker, Neal figures to see ample playing time like he did the last several seasons.
Neal has progressed during each of his four seasons with the Packers and was able to sign a two-year deal to stay in Green Bay as a result. His 2013 season resulted in 47 tackles and five sacks which stands as his best totals to date. He'll compete with Nick Perry for snaps throughout the season and so his production will likely be curbed for as long as he's splitting time.
Neal will be competing for playing time in the rotation on the defensive line as an end in the 3-4 scheme in training camp.
Neal is suspended for the first four games of the 2012 season. When he returns, he will provide depth on the defensive line.
Neal will try to win a starting spot after an injury plagued rookie season.
Neal was a second round pick in 2010 and will compete for a spot along the defensive line.
