Signed by Jets in August to bolster their depth behind Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell.

Green appeared in just two games during his rookie season last year, totaling four touches, before he suffered a torn ACL in Week 5. Because he came from a gimmick offense in Hawaii, we still have no idea how his game translates to the NFL, but he’s expected to be ready for the start of the season, and with Ryan Grant leaving via free agency, and James Starks being so injury prone, there’s upside here. Green is a sleeper with an opportunity for touches in one of the NFL’s best offenses.

Green’s staggering 8.2 YPC mark during his final year in college needs to be taken with a grain of salt since it came in Hawaii’s spread offense, but he’s an intriguing prospect nevertheless. It’s thought Green Bay drafted him for third-down insurance with the departure of Brandon Jackson, as Ryan Grant and James Starks are clearly ahead of him on the depth chart for early down work. With Grant entering the final year of his contract, and Starks a pretty significant injury risk, Green is an intriguing name to remember in dynasty formats.
