With Hau'oli Kikaha suffering a season-ending knee injury during offseason training activities, Gwacham will compete for the starting defensive end spot opposite Cameron Jordan. A raw, developmental athlete who was drafted by the Seahawks in the sixth round last year, Gwacham signed with the Saints after being waived at the end of the 2015 preseason and appeared in nine games for New Orleans, recording eight tackles, two forced fumbles and two and a half sacks. Should Gwacham secure the starting gig, the intriguing young talent could be worth a late round flier in IDP leagues.
