RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014

There was no outlook written for Corey Simon.

2007

Simonís future in Indianapolis, and in the NFL for that matter, remains murky. The Colts would like to release him because of his chronic knee problems, but an ongoing monetary dispute must be resolved before that can happen. Although he claims heís healthy, we may have seen the last of Simon in the NFL.

2006

Defensive tackle who is mostly a run stuffer. While he doesn't compile many fantasy stats, he helped the Indy defense improve against the run after coming over from the Eagles.

2005

Simon, going into a contract year, is looking to have his best season as a pro. After being let go by the Eagles, he looks forward to helping the D get to the next level.

2004

Simon has been a presence on the Eagles' defensive line since 2000. Coming off a tough 2003 and facing a contract year, Simon will be looking to make a big contribution in 2004.

2003

Simon is a powerful tackle who can stuff the run and attract double teams on the pass rush. In 2002, he was second on the team in QB hurries behind the departed Hugh Douglas. The pressure will be on for Simon improve upon his 2002 sack total of two.
