Tuman is a good blocker that should be used often in that role. He doesn't figure to get many looks in the passing game, because at best, he is the third receiving option among Arizona's tight ends.

Tuman has averaged one touchdown reception for the past six seasons with Pittsburgh. The organization has promoted its wide receivers coach, Bruce Arians, to offensive coordinator, and he favors involving tight ends in the offense. That said, Tuman is still the No. 2 tight end behind Heath Miller and doesn't figure to have much fantasy relevance as a result.

Tuman provided blocking alongside fellow tight end Heath Miller in two tight end sets, but caught just three passes in 15 games.

The Steelers like Tuman, but not enough to have passed on taking fellow tight end, Heath Miller, with their No. 1 pick in 2005. Tuman figures to battle Miller for playing time, but No. 1 picks have a way of finding their way into the starting lineup.

Tuman faces a lot of competition for playing time this season. Mark Bruener and Jay Riemersma both figure to be ahead of Tuman on the depth chart. As such, Tuman is not draft worthy.
