RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014

There was no outlook written for Melvin Fowler.

2008

Since arriving in Buffalo as a free agent in 2006, Fowler has started every game at center. He sat out most of the Billsí offseason workouts following shoulder surgery, but is expected to be ready for training camp.

2007

Fowler will have the starting center spot for the Bills. He is a bit on the small side, but has proven himself reliable and is one of the smarter players on the team, plus he's a good character guy. The LT/RT/C combo of Jason Peters, Derrick Dockery and Fowler looks like one of the more reliable ones in the league.

2006

Should win the starting center job with Trey Teague off to the New York Jets.

2005

Will compete for a roster spot a a backup.

2004

The offensive lineman enters his third season with the Browns having started 10 of 14 games in 2003. Look to Fowler to provide depth to an improved offensive line if he does not land a starting job.
