Strief is expected to start at tackle for the Saints.

Strief will likely start at right tackle for the Saints after the release of Jon Stinchcomb. He has also lined up as an eligible receiver in jumbo sets and has one career red zone target. Could this be the year he steals a score?

Streif will backup multiple positions on the offensive line. Additionally, the Saints occassionally deployed him as a third tight end on big packages, usually as a blocker or decoy. Only one pass was thrown his way in 2010, which fell incomplete in the end zone.
