RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
There was no outlook written for Jared Gaither.
Will start at left tackle for the Bolts in 2012.
Gaither will compete at both left and right tackle spots on the offensive line for snaps with current starters Brandon Albert (left) and Barry Richardson (right). It is possible that, if healthy, he will replace Albert on the left side and that Albert will move to the right.
After an offseason of malcontent, Gaither will trade spots with Michael Oher and man the starting right tackle position.
Gaither will start at left tackle for the second straight season, anchoring what should be an improved offensive front.
Gaither will have the monster task of replacing Baltimore legend Jonathan Ogden at left tackle. How he performs will be crucial for an offense potentially starting a rookie quarterback this season.
