Graham totaled 56 tackles, five pass breakups and one interception over 13 games in 2018.
ANALYSIS
After opting against retirement this offseason, Graham wound up logging the second-most playing time within the entire secondary, in large part due to all the injuries the Eagles experienced at both cornerback and safety. The 33-year-old will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the league year, but he seems much more likely to retire than search for another contract.

A sometimes-starter and special teams player prior to 2015, Graham stepped into a full-time defensive role last year and proved an elite IDP as a result, shrieking past triple-digit tackles while playing only 979 snaps. It's unreasonable to expect a season quite that good in 2016, but the Bills all but owe Graham another year as a full-time defender after he handled the promotion a year ago. It would be nice if Buffalo would lighten his special teams workload a bit, but he showed the ability to hold up last year even while logging 157 special teams snaps.
Graham enters his age 30 season as an incumbent starter at cornerback but it has been rumored that he could be moved to safety full-time, a role where he saw some snaps in 2014. He has become an accomplished pro and was a surprising source of tackles in 2014 with 84 stops to go along with 2 interceptions. He is building on a string of four consecutive seasons with multiple picks.
One of the bigger free agent signings for the Bills, Graham should see a good amount of playing time in 2014. He can be considered an average defensive back for fantasy and one with limited upside since there are a few more dynamic playmakers on the same defense.
Injuries to other cornerbacks forced Graham into a starting role last season, and he responded by playing like a superstar. His rise from special teams ace to key cog on a playoff defense was cemented in a memorable playoff game against the Broncos in which Graham returned one interception for a touchdown and then came down with another pick in overtime to set up the game-winning field goal. 2013 probably won't treat him as well as 2012 did, but he'll still get the chance to battle Jimmy Smith for a starting cornerback spot in training camp. Graham probably won't have much IDP value as a third cornerback, but he could be a strong option if he beats out Smith for the No. 2 job.
Graham is known for his special teams play, but has impressed early on, and could see some playing time as the No. 4 corner in Baltimore.
One of the best special teamers in the league, Graham led the the Bears with 25 special-teams tackles in 2010, a role that will not change this forthcoming season. Graham, however, could be in line for more meaningful snaps on defense after re-upping with the Bears this summer.
Graham should see a decent amount of action at cornerback in 2010, but it will likely all be coming off the bench. Graham would need an injury to either Charles Tillman or Zack Bowman to have a shot at the starting lineup.
Graham took on a larger role than expected when Nathan Vasher and Charles Tillman got hurt in 2008, and he exceeded all expectations. He totaled 82 tackles and had one interception. He should start somewhere in the secondary this year, and could develop into a viable IDP option.
