ANALYSIS
Entering his eighth season, Reece could be one of those guys to land somewhere else based solely off his tenured career. The long-time Raider was unable to edge out Tre Madden for the starting fullback spot but could hold value as a veteran leader in another locker room. As far as his fantasy value is concerned, that seems to be close to nonexistent at the moment.

Reece joined the Seahawks late season, filling the fullback role. He had only seven touches in four games and likely won't see much more than a couple a game this season. He is expected to win the job in camp, but could be pushed by running back Tre Madden.
Reece continues to see his rushing numbers decline but remains a pass-catching target out of the backfield, compiling 30 receptions for 269 yards and three touchdowns in 2015. The run-blocking fullback could be worthy of a late-round selection in deeper fantasy leagues, but his three-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance policy could diminish his fantasy value.
Despite proving his worth as a ball-carrier in 2013 after Darren McFadden went down with an injury, Reece was deployed almost exclusively as a lead blocker to begin 2014, seeing no more than one carry in any of his first nine games. After helping seal Oakland’s first win in Week 12, Reece was expected to see more rushing opportunities, but the fullback ended up receiving just seven carries over the final five games, as most of his touches continued to come through the air. While Reece was once again pretty efficient with his targets (37 catches on 59 targets), he averaged a mere 7.2 yards per reception, the lowest mark of his career, and only scored once. Reece figures to remain primarily a blocker in the run game under new offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave, and his targets could take a big hit with Roy Helu likely to take on a third-down, pass-catching role.
Reece has primarily served as the starting fullback during his time in Oakland and is very successful in that role. With teammates Maurice Jones-Drew and Darren McFadden expected to shoulder the rushing load, Reece will have limited value as a pass-catching fantasy back; 84 catches over the past two years.
The Raiders starting fullback, Reece saw more work than usual last year after Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson went down, finishing with 59 carries and 52 receptions. Reece averaged 4.6 YPC on a below-average rushing attack, but only got into the end zone once. At 6-3, 230, and with 4.42 40 speed, Reece is unusually fast for his size and has excellent hands out of the backfield. With McFadden back and both Rashad Jennings and rookie Latavius Murray in the fold, Reece's role will almost certainly decline this year, but he should still see some receptions on third downs.
Reece will be the Raiders' starting fullback again in 2012. He is a versatile player who had a few big games in 2011, but it remains to be seen how he will fit into the Raiders' new offensive scheme.
Reece will challenge for the Raiders' starting fullback position.
