RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014

There was no outlook written for Dezmon Briscoe.

2013

Backup wide receiver who only caught two passes in 2012. He needs some luck and a big training camp to move up the depth chart enough to make an impact.

2012

Briscoe finished the 2011 season with 35 catches for 387 yards and a team-leading six touchdowns on only 50 targets. Briscoe made a few spot starts in place of Arrelious Benn in 2011 which helped his production and depending on how things shake out, Briscoe could conceivably compete for a starting WR job if Mike Williams cannot pick his play back up. Keep an eye on this promising youngster as he could have real fantasy value in the very near future.

2011

Briscoe looked good in limited duty in 2010. That combined with the ability Briscoe showed in college should secure him a backup WR spot with the Bucs again in 2011.

2010

Briscoe, the Bengals' sixth round pick in the 2010 draft, is an excellent natural receiving talent who produced against top competition in college. The reason he fell this far is because there have to be significant character concerns with him, and he probably didn't receive the best reviews from his coaches at Kansas. If he keeps his head on straight, he'll be an acrobatic big-play threat for the Bengals.
