ANALYSIS
The safety played in four games for Jacksonville last year, recording 19 tackles. The Cowboys originally drafted Owusu-Ansah in 2010 as a wide receiver, but the they plan to keep him at safety this time around. He will compete for a backup spot in their secondary and a role on special teams.
