Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Bowen remains on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, but a return to action is drawing closer, potentially as early as Sunday against Tennessee.
Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Bowen was forced to miss Washington's first six games after microfracture surgery last December landed him on the Redskins' PUP list to begin this season. However, now that he's eligible to return, the defensive end may be cleared to practice some time this week. Whenever he's able to play again, Bowen should boost the Redskins' depth along the defensive line.
RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
Starting defensive end who fills the gaps. He is primarily a run stopper and only recorded 26 tackles and one sack in 2012 - lowest since 2008.
Will start at defensive tackle/end. He suffered a torn PCL late in 2011 but was able to play through the injury. He is expected to be healthy to start 2012. He had a career high six sacks which equaled his career total. Six is probably on the upper end of expectations, he is primarily a run stopper.
Veteran end had three sacks in 16 games and is a useful cog in the D-line rotation.
