DeVito will look for a bounce-back season in 2015 after spending all of 2014 on the disabled list, and should start at defensive end once again.
Known for his run-stopping prowess, Devito -- who recorded 28 tackles in 14 games (including 13 starts) last season -- will again start at right defensive end for the Chiefs' 3-4 defense in 2014.
DeVito is expected to start at defensive end in the Chiefs' base 3-4 defense, but the veteran lineman boasts just 2.5 career sacks, so his utility as an IDP is extremely limited.
Expect to see DeVito return to his 2010 playing level when he recorded 59 tackles (27 solo) and forced two fumbles. Last season he played in only 12 games due to a hamstring injury. He will back up Muhammad Wilkerson.
Will continue to serve an important role in the defensive line rotation
