RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
There was no outlook written for Jah Reid.
Reid will compete for a roster spot as a backup at guard and right tackle.
Competing for a starting job at right tackle.
Reid started seven games at left guard in 2012, and will probably be one of the first players off the bench when the Ravens deal with injuries along the offensive line. Reid is most comfortable at a guard spot, but could also potentially play some right tackle.
Reid will provide the Ravens with depth at right tackle and possibly both guard spots. He was once considered a candidate to start at left guard, but is probably behind both Bobbie Williams and Kelechi Osemele on the depth chart at this point.
The Ravens hope that Reid can start at right tackle this year. There have been some struggles in training camp, however, so don't be surprised if Marshal Yanda or Oniel Cousins see time at right tackle too.
