Pryor was traded from the Raiders to the Seahawks on Monday, ESPN.com's Adam Schefter reports.

Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)

Details of Oakland's compensation were not initially reported, and the Raiders will likely just get a late-round draft pick, possibly one that's conditional based on Pryor making the Seahawks' final roster. The fit looks pretty good here, as the Seahawks already run an offense for a speedy quarterback, although Pryor's skill set is quite a bit different than Russell Wilson's, both as a runner and passer. Pryor is far from a lock to make the roster, as incumbent backup and Pete Carroll favorite Tarvaris Jackson re-signed with the 'Hawks in March. As Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio KJR points out, Jackson has a fully guaranteed contract that very likely means he'll be the backup. The Pryor trade may make for a good headline outside of the fantasy world, but we're talking about a guy who will probably spend training camp battling B.J. Daniels for the No. 3 quarterback spot. Pryor still offers some promise in dynasty leagues, but his 2014 prospects don't really improve with this trade.
The Raiders are expected to release Pryor if they are unable to trade him by Monday, FOX Sports' Alex Marvez reports.

Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)

There's likely a fair amount of interest in Pryor as a project and novelty athletic quarterback, but the fact that he's not perceived as a potential starter means the Raiders might have trouble getting anything in a trade, especially since everyone knows they'll cut Pryor otherwise. If the Raiders don't select a quarterback high in the draft, they'll likely head into 2014 with Matt Schaub and Matt McGloin as their top two passers.
Pryor's days with the Raiders appear to be numbered, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)

The report suggests that there has been some interest from other teams toward working out a trade to acquire Pryor, but if a deal doesn't pan out on that front, the QB would then be a candidate for release next month. Following the Raiders' recent acquisition of fellow signal-caller Matt Schaub, Pryor is no longer in the team's starting mix, with coach Dennis Allen having indicated Tuesday that Matt McGloin is also ahead of Pryor on the team's current depth chart.
CSN's Scott Bair suggests that Pryor is a candidate to be released or traded by the Raiders.

Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)

Bair adds that GM Reggie McKenzie plans to speak with the QB about his future soon, but the Raiders' acquisition of fellow signal caller Matt Schaub would seem to eliminate Pryor from the team's starting equation this coming season.
Raiders coach Dennis Allen said Monday that he's unsure whether the quarterback of the future is on the team's current roster, ESPN.com reports. "I'm not sure that we have the quarterback of the future in the building right now," Allen said, "but again I think we'll go through the offseason evaluation process, I think we'll go back through all the tapes, we'll comb through everything. I do think we have a better idea of what we have at the quarterback position, but again I think, listen, that's the most important position on the football field."

Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)

Pryor suggested weeks back that he didn't know whether he would get another chance to start for Oakland, but he did get the nod over Matt McGloin in Week 17. The 24-year-old completed 21-of-38 passes for 207 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions, while rushing for 49 yards on nine carries, in the loss to Denver. For the season, Pryor posted a 7:11 TD:INT ratio and a 69.1 quarterback rating, but did rush for 576 yards, a franchise record for a quarterback. At this point, with Allen expected back for another year, McGloin appears to have a better chance to don a Raiders uniform next season, though he's far from a lock to be the starter.
