Supernaw returned to practice in early August after passing his physical, but he didn't last long on the Titans' roster. The team signed tight end Jerome Cunningham to replace him on the 90-man roster, while Supernaw is now free to sign elsewhere.

Supernaw was released by the Titans in early August. He'll look for a practice squad role elsewhere.
Supernaw should see the field a lot thanks to his blocking prowess, but veteran starter Delanie Walker and 2017 third-rounder Jonnu Smith both have significantly better receiving chops. With career-highs of four receptions, 62 yards and no touchdowns, Supernaw brings more value to the Titans than fantasy owners.
Supernaw played in all 16 games for the Titans, but was limited mostly to a special teams role as he hauled in just three passes for 32 yards all season. Don’t expect much to change this time around, as the team still employs three superior offensive tight ends in Delanie Walker, Craig Stevens and Anthony Fasano.
Supernaw is buried deep down the tight end depth chart heading into the season and likely won't see the field much.
Supernaw suffered a foot injury during organized team activities and had ceded many offseason snaps to rookie Ryan Griffin, a sixth-round pick out of UCONN. The two figure to battle for the third and final tight end spot.
Supernaw will provide depth behind Owen Daniels and Garrett Graham at tight end this season.
