Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Evans is currently penciled in as the starting free safety for the Jaguars in the upcoming season. As a rookie for the Jaguars in 2013, Evans was able to work himself into the starting rotation, receiving 11 starts while playing in 15 games total. While he failed to record any interceptions last season, he did contribute with 58 tackles (47 solo).
