Quarterback

1.Aaron Rodgers GB vs. Chi
2.Tom Brady NE vs. Ari
3.Drew Brees NO at Car
4.Cam Newton CAR vs. NO
Note: Newton's running game was bottled up by the Bucs in Week 1.
5.Eli Manning NYG vs. TB
6.Jay Cutler CHI at GB
Note: Cutler's big day could have been even better - Marshall dropped a couple of balls in the end zone and was interfered with twice, resulting in two Michael Bush 1-yard touchdowns.
7.Matt Ryan ATL vs. Den
8.Philip Rivers SD vs. Ten
9.Matthew Stafford DET at SF
10.Robert Griffin WAS at StL
Note: Is Griffin just that good, or was the Saints' secondary just that weak?
11.Peyton Manning DEN at Atl
12.Tony Romo DAL at Sea
13.Ryan Fitzpatrick BUF vs. KC
Note: Garbage time production counts just the same in fantasy as any other time. Better matchup this week.
14.Josh Freeman TB at NYG
Note: Freeman and Vincent Jackson didn't connect well in Week 1, with Jackson catching just four of his 10 targets from Freeman.
15.Michael Vick PHI vs. Bal
Note: Not a bad fantasy day despite all the turnovers.
16.Andrew Luck IND vs. Min
17.Alex Smith SF vs. Det
18.Matt Cassel KC at Buf
19.Christian Ponder MIN at Ind
20.Matt Schaub HOU at Jac
21.Joe Flacco BAL at Phi

22.Ben Roethlisberger PIT vs. NYJ
23.Carson Palmer OAK at Mia
Note: Very little bang for the buck on his 46 attempts, though not having Moore or Ford makes a big difference.
24.Mark Sanchez NYJ at Pit
25.Andy Dalton CIN vs. Cle
26.*Kevin Kolb ARZ at NE
Note: Drove the Cardinals on their game-winning drive after Skelton's ankle injury. Will start this week against New England. Kolb taking all the first-team reps in practice this week, confirming what we already knew - he'll start this week.
27.*Jake Locker TEN at SD
Note: Left shoulder injury forced him to leave Week 1's loss to the Pats. He's expected to play this week, but the practice reports will tell us more. Threw the ball well in practice Wednesday. *** Full practice Friday. ***
28.Blaine Gabbert JAC vs. Hou
Note: All things being equal, he looked much improved in Week 1.
29.*Russell Wilson SEA vs. Dal
Note: Not very impressive in the loss to Arizona, but on the other hand he put the Seahawks in a position to win on the final drive. Might be without his starting left tackle, Russell Okung.
30.Ryan Tannehill MIA vs. Oak
Note: Multiple passes tipped at the line of scrimmage.
31.*Sam Bradford STL vs. Was
Note: The Rams lost two starting OL to injuries in the loss to Detroit, including their center for the season.
32.Brandon Weeden CLE at Cin
33.*Matt Hasselbeck TEN at SD
Note: Finished out the loss to the Pats after Locker's injury.
34.*John Skelton ARZ at NE

6.Matt Forte CHI at GB

8.Doug Martin TB at NYG
9.*C.J. Spiller BUF vs. KC

16.*Trent Richardson CLE at Cin
Note: *** Listed as probable, practiced all week. ***
17.Steven Jackson STL vs. Was

20.Reggie Bush MIA vs. Oak

Note: Dwyer was the Steelers' best back Sunday night. Will they use him more in Week 2? (Foot) Full practice Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. *** Listed as probable, with Mendenhall doubtful. ***

Note: The lesson imparted by the Panthers with Williams is that if at first you don't succeed, shut it down and never try again.
31.*Beanie Wells ARZ at NE
Note: (Hamstring) Split carries with Williams - neither did anything of note, albeit against a tough run defense. (Knee) Full practice this week. *** Listed as probable. ***

Note: Miserable day for both Williams and Wells. *** (Knee) Listed as probable. ***

38.Kendall Hunter SF vs. Det
Note: The clear #2 behind Gore - nearly vultured a touchdown away from Gore.
39.*Toby Gerhart MIN at Ind
Note: Much smaller workload than expected last week - have to bury him now unless Peterson has a setback.
40.Knowshon Moreno DEN at Atl
