RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
After a few off years, Hart had a nice 2008 season. It appears though that he probably peaked during the 2008 season, which doesn't give him much room for improvement. Hart is capable of playing well for an entire season, but his upside is limited.
Hart withdrew from the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic claiming a back injury. No further details were given. Updates will be provided when they become available.
Hart has been on the PGA Tour for a while, and you can pretty much expect a couple good efforts from him each year, but not much more. This far down on the money list you want to look for players with high upside. Hart does not fall into that category.
Just good enough would describe the year Hart's 2005. He had one top-5 finish in August and two other top-10s throughout the year. Like most of the players down here on the list, he played better in the fall. He's another player who doesn't have a large upside and can't always be trusted, which means you pass.
