Miyazato struggled to a six-over 77 in the final round of the Open Championship to fall into a tie for 47th place.

ANALYSIS
Miyazato was lucky to make the cut after making a triple-bogey on the par-4 18th hole on Friday. He went out early in round three and posted a nice bogey-free six-under 65 to get himself to three-under for the championship. Miyazato got off to a poor start in the final round by going five-over on the front nine. At the end of the day he had fallen 27 spots on the leaderboard. Miyazato will look to bounce back at the Porsche European Open next week.
