Gistedt is a Swedish goaltending prospect who has had a mediocre time of it since coming over from the Swedish professional leagues in 2008. Gistedt figures to be a backup in AHL Las Vegas. He is only 21, and has raw talent, but has not put up the numbers to match his skills yet. There is still plenty of time for Phoenix's second round pick in 2007 to develop, and there's no need rushing him.
