RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Jeff May.

2011-12

May played in 56 AHL games in 2010-11, tallying one goal, eight assists, and a minus-17 rating. At this point, he's still a depth guy along the blue line who stands a chance for a call-up if needed at the NHL level.

2009-10

Jeff May will be manning the blue line for Las Vegas of the AHL this season most likely. At 22 years old, May is still a low-level prospect, and what may keep him with a chance to jump up to the big club this year is his offensive prowess. He should play on the power play in Vegas, and if he starts to raise eyebrows, and the older blue-liners in Phoenix get hurt, May could see some time in Phoenix this season.
