The undersized (5-foot-10) McNicoll is used to being looked over, but he's shown offensive prowess at every level he has played. For example, last year, McNicoll tallied 38 points in 44 games split between the Florida Everblades of the ECHL and the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL. Still, there is no rush for his services in fantasy hockey until he gains NHL experience.
