Recommended Pickup

Kevin Millwood, P, SEA – It is easy to profile an up and coming youngster or a reliever who just inherited a closer position, but often times it is the less sexy moves that can win championships. Millwood is the latter. He has been one of the better pitchers in the game over the last month, picking up three wins and allowing six runs in 37 innings. Oddly enough, his home/away split is not what you would expect for a Mariner pitcher. Millwood has a 2.44 ERA on the road and a 5.44 ERA at home.
