Closer Watch
Indians: As expected, Chris Perez rejoined the team on Tuesday. He will take over the closers role and Vinnie Pestano will move back to a set-up role.

Dodgers: Kenley Jansen will still return in 2012. He is expected to come off the DL in about 10 days as he continues to take blood thinners. He will have heart surgery to correct his arrhythmia in the off-season and expects there to be a one-month recovery period. Brandon League and Ronald Belisario have split the only two save opportunities the Dodgers have had in Jansen's absence. Meanwhile, Javy Guerra was placed on the 15-day DL on Tuesday.

Eaton has officially been called up to the big leagues now as a September call-up and he should be in for a big audition during the upcoming month. It sounds as though the Diamondbacks have plans to play him frequently to find out what they have. What he could bring fantasy owners is a high batting average and some extra stolen bases at a crucial point in the fantasy season. He has gap power, which will help leagues with extra stats such as OPS. He likely will not hit many home runs, however. Still, Eaton could prove to be a very valuable and under-the-radar pickup late in the year.
