NASCAR driver Leffler died after an accident Wednesday night at a dirt car event at Bridgeport Speedway, the Associated Press reports.

Leffler will climb aboard "007," one of the most successful Tundras in KBM's stable. This weekend will be Leffler's first trip to "The Paperclip" since finishing eighth when the NASCAR Nationwide Series made a cameo appearance at Martinsville Speedway in 2006, kylebuschmotorsports.com reports.

Kyle Busch Motorsports announced that Flexco, the worldwide leader in the manufacturing of belt conveyer products, will return as a corporate partner for the 2012 season with the KBM No. 18 Toyota and primary driver Leffler, kylebuschmotorsports.com reports.
