Raines will fill the seat of the No. 33 Circle Sport Chevrolet at Pocono Raceway this weekend, marking his first Sprint Cup Series start of the 2013 season, circle-sport.com reports.

The Circle Sport team has another lineup shakeup in store for Pocono Raceway. Journeyman driver Riggs will take a turn at the No. 33 Chevrolet, which has performed as revolving door of drivers this season. He has 14 career starts at the 2.5-mile triangle, so Riggs is not short on experience at this facility. He and the No. 33 Chevrolet team should challenge the Top 25 in Sunday's GoBowling.com 400.
