Gale has moved from behind the wheel to the top of the pit box in 2013. He will crew chief the No. 30 team of Turner Motorsports in the truck series and mentor driver Brandon Jones. It looks like Gale's racing career is on hold for now, and he's exploring life on the other side of the fence as a crew chief.
