Betancourt is out of the starting lineup Monday because of "dental issues," the Seattle Times reports.

Recommendation:
Betancourt had some serious work done on his teeth Monday morning and is in quite a bit of discomfort, according to the report. Willie Bloomquist will start at shortstop. Betancourt has seen his average drop 30 points in the last month. His OBP is a discouraging .277.
