Muslera tallied a clean sheet, two saves and drew a foul against himself en route to a consolation 3-0 victory over Jamaica on Monday.

The Jamaicans had all the desire in the world to, at least, score a goal in the Copa, though, they just didn't know how. The Reggae boys only managed two keep two, of their nine attempts, on target and Muslera was sure handed to smother them. The keeper also helped set up the third goal for Uruguay surprising the Jamaican's defense with a long ball that was later stolen by Matias Corujo for the score.

Muslera was caught out of his net and that led to the game's only goal in Uruguay's 1-0 loss against Venezuela on Thursday. Muslera also had five saves on the night.

It's been an ugly Copa America for Uruguay, losing their first match 3-1 against Mexico. Muslera may be a decent play with Jamaica on the slate, but there is nothing to play for, for either team.

Muslera made six saves and conceded two goals in Tuesday's 2-0 defeat to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.

Antoine Griezmann beat the Uruguayan keeper twice in the opening 25 minutes, which put his Turkish side behind the eight ball for the rest of the match. Muslera is an excellent keeper in a group that they can advance in, but they'll likely need to take the six remaining points at home to do so in addition to getting results on the road.

Muslera made one save but allowed three goals in Uruguay's 1-3 loss to Costa Rica in their World Cup opener on Saturday.

Uruguay took a 1-0 lead in the 24th minute, but Muslera allowed three second-half goals, including the first two within three minutes of each other, to blow Group D wide open. The task only gets tougher for Muslera, as Uruguay still have to face England and Italy.

Muslera is expected to be offered a new deal to remain with Lazio through 2014, Goal.com reports.

Muslera is young and has improved, but he still needs to get much better if he is to be one of the best goalies in Serie A.
