Suarez scored a goal on two shots (one on target) in Saturday's 5-0 victory over Sporting Gijon.

Suarez hasn't been quite as clinical this season as he was in his first with Barcelona, when he scored 59 goals and added 26 assists in 53 matches across all comps, but that hardly means he lost his killer instinct. Suarez scored his fifth goal in six La Liga matches on Saturday and still has eight in eight matches across all comps. A Champions League match against Borussia Monchengladbach and a trip to Celta Vigo await this week, which very well could see Suarez add to his goal totals.

Suarez scored once and assisted twice in Saturday's 5-1 win at Leganes. He finished with that one shot, two aerials won and four successful tackles.

After scoring twice in the midweek UCL match, Suarez built on that success in this match. However, this was his first league goal since a hat-trick in the opener.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Suarez scored two goals on three shots (two on target) and also added an assist during Barcelona's 7-0 win over Celtic on Tuesday.

Suarez was excellent in this game, and surprisingly he was the least productive of Barcelona's attacking trio in this match. The Uruguayan has been deadly this season, so he's a must-start in all formats.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Suarez scored three goals in Barcelona's La Liga opener against Real Betis on Saturday.

Coming off of a season where he led Barcelona and La Liga with 40 goals, Suarez is off to a blazing start for the 2016 campaign. His third goal, coming from a set piece, showed that he is dialed-in this early in the season. Barcelona's attacking pace created a lot of chances for their forwards, so continue to expect big things from Suarez as the season rolls on.

Suarez netted the opener in Sunday's Super Cup first leg 2-0 win over Sevilla.

That was Suarez's first official match since his injury in May. He missed Copa America Centenario during the summer due to the ailment. However, he looks ready to take on the new season and will bring an enormous fantasy upside as ever.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Suarez (hamstring) scored 48 goals and added 19 assists in all competitions last season.

The striker endured a lackluster debut season for Barca, but he was exceptional this time around and won the Pichichi as La Liga's top scorer by closing out the campaign with a whopping 14 goals and six assists in his last six matches. Suarez is expected to rejoin the club for preseason training later this month after dealing with something of a hamstring issue in recent months.

Suarez (hamstring) was sidelined during Copa America 2016 and couldn't make an appearance for Uruguay, remaining with 45 goals in 84 caps. His absence affected Uruguay's performance significantly and the team was stunningly eliminated in the group stage, finishing third in Group C with three points.

Suarez had a stellar season on his way to winning the European Golden Boot. He showcased his exceptionally prolific skills by scoring 40 times with 16 assists and an average of 3.9 shots per game in 35 La Liga starts. The 29-year-old forward totaled the mind-blowing 58 goals in 52 appearances across all competitions, managing to score four goals in a game three times during his massive campaign.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Suarez has been ruled out for Thursday's match against Venezuela, and he may be unable to play at all during Copa America because of his hamstring injury, ESPN FC reports.

Suarez suffered the injury during the Copa del Rey final with Barcelona last month, and while there was optimism that he'd be able to play some part for Uruguay, which is why they didn't remove him from the roster, it appears less and less likely that he'll be able to feature, even with a run to the final
