DraftKings Fantasy Soccer: EPL Saturday Value Plays

Arsenal are the heaviest favorites on the Saturday slate, making goalkeeper Petr Cech an easy play on DraftKings, though fantasy players will have to pay up for him.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam scored his first goal of the campaign in Saturday's 2-1 loss at Crystal Palace.

Adam started for the second straight game and finally got his name on the score sheet after a rough season. He's not worth a look next weekend in the season finale.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam picked up a yellow card on one foul and took one shot off target and two crosses in 14 minutes off the bench in Monday's 4-0 loss to Tottenham.

Adam couldn't make much of an impact even in the beginning of the season when he played more regularly but he's completely faded since December playing only 74 minutes in the six Premier League games he featured in without starting in any of them. Also with no goals or assists and five yellow cards his fantasy upside is extremely limited even when he appears on the pitch.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam (calf) was available off the bench Saturday against Watford, though he did not feature.

Adam had missed considerable time with his injury, though with Glenn Whelan and Giannelli Imbula dominating the starts in the holding midfield, Adam wasn't likely to get much playing time anyway.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam (calf) is not in the 18-man squad to face Southampton on Saturday.

Adam wasn't getting consistent playing time even when he was fit, so his continued absence isn't likely to affect many fantasy decisions.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam (calf) may return to the squad for Saturday's match against Southampton, Martin Spinks of the Stoke Sentinel reports.

Adam, who's been sidelined since coming off on Jan. 26 against Liverpool in the Capital One Cup, played 70 minutes of Stoke's U-21 match on Tuesday to put himself in contention for selection to the squad. While being named to the 18-man squad doesn't necessarily mean that he'll get into the match, it's certainly a positive sign for the long-time Potter. He has no goals or assists in 20 matches across all comps this year.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam (calf) is still a few weeks away from returning, according to manager Mark Hughes.

Adam hasn't done much for Stoke this season and even when he's healthy, his role will be minimal. In 850 minutes, he has yet to score or assist in league play. Ibrahim Afellay has produced more in a similar role, but still only has two assists.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Adam got off five shots and five crosses in a 2-0 loss to Watford on Saturday.

Adam was clearly the best player for Stoke on Saturday and he appears to be one of the only true offensive weapons for the Potters this season. He has yet to produce a goal or assist this season, but performances like these would indicate that one will come sooner rather than later. Look for him to have another strong performance against struggling Newcastle next Saturday.
